Our mission is to create a gender-inclusive world for all children and youth. To accomplish this, we help families, organizations, and institutions increase their understanding of gender and consider the implications that evolving views have for each of us.
We know that, in the political climate gripping the country, a lot of families are scared and feeling isolated. New executive orders seem to be issued almost every day. To help you navigate this thicket, we recommend reaching out to the Trans Youth Emergency Project, an invaluable source of up-to-date legal information, as well as for logistical and even financial support. In collaboration with PFLAG National, the PFLAG Connects: Grandparent Community continues to offer a welcoming virtual space for grandparents of LGBTQ+ grandkids to connect, share, and support one another. Skilled facilitators guide each session, with space to listen, learn, and build community. Join us on the last Monday of each month at 8pm ET / 5pm PT.
Connect with other parents and caregivers of gender-diverse loved ones in a safe, supportive space. Led by experienced facilitators, our monthly gatherings offer connection, shared experiences, and helpful resources to support your family’s journey. Meetings held every third Monday at 8pm ET / 5pm PT.
